Useless Trivia

Last year I found it so cute that I had 7 brides who's names begun with the letter "J". This years is starting off quite different, but the trend I had to share. Their are two of each of these: D-J-M-S and one lonely A and T and L.

SPRING is in the air!

It's starting to feel like SPRING...

Each year I look forward to see the explosion of blooming fruit trees, cherry, peach, plum, apple, quince, pear.
The are simply a stunning display of soft color thoughout the bay area and beyond. If you were to drive in a car with me be prepared to STOP abruptly, I break for beauty. Growing up in Southern California I wasn't privy to such beauty, and now I feel lucky to live in an area where I can experience and enjoy some of what nature has to offer in a slightly different climate. I will be documenting my finds through the next few months so maybe next time you drive by a short-lived fully blooming fruit tree you will STOP too and gaze at it's beauty.

Grape & Lime

I recently received these stunning images from a summer 2009 wedding. I love the fresh crisp bold color combination.
All the way from "The BIG Apple" Two Leaf Photography came out to capture this magical day.

The couple chose two different centerpiece options. The round tables lush centerpieces, mainly in grapes tones with a hint of lavender and a touch of lime and the rectangular tables had a modern feel with simple smaller arrangements of one type of flower in a single color.
